Here is a tutorial I made over the last few days. Sorry for any mistakes you see, I tried looking over it some. Please leave comments, its awesome to hear what people think, whether the like i tor hate it.

I will also hopefully add a second part to the tutorial on how to shade the car

Nice tut and pretty useful!

Pity you haven't perfectly captured the curves of the wheels or roof :(

Perhaps next time instead of using the pen tool, use the circle elliptical lasso tool and then apply a stroke of 2 px.

Hey, thanks! I know, I am bad at the curves still. I have some other vector artwork on vehicles that are a little better, this was mainly just to get the point down of the outline and coloring.

Used the dodge and burn tools to apply the lighting, will be interesting to see your methods. :)
pretty cool, I like the lighting methods, its unique.
Im finishing up another vector right now, so Ill show you my new one with lighting effects as soon as i get it done
nice but learn to use pentool ;)

Nice Tut. Like others have said before need to work on the pen tool But it helped me remember what i had forgotten as far as doing a vector. I will post up my work when it gets finished. :thumb65257646:
